Post-Rescue Treatment
Below is a link listing of the types of treatment centres we have
used in the past for rescuees. Obviously some are better than others for
specific issues. Budget, location and treatment needs are criteria for
deciding what treatment options are best suited for your family member
after extraction from their unsafe environment. Early analysis is also
important to determine if the treatment should be as an outpatient or if
institutionalization is essential.
In most cases a semi-formal live-in, non-institutionalized treatment
solution works best.
In some cases there is a special requirement for de-toxification and
de-briefing (cognitive and behaviour modification therapy i.e.: countering
brain-washing ). We have tested and approve of many resources.
We have served many happy families and groups and have rescued many
people, some from horrible places. Some of these families or persons are
wiling to share their experiences dealing with us in a one-on-one

Types of Intervention Cases
Rescue Assessment ! The soul-searching part of this business.
Don't be shy about making inquiries to us. We are not going to
label you incredible for believing your family member has been abducted
into a religiously-based cult of very high intensity. It may well be true
that if not immediately but sometime in the future the controlling group
that has your kid is likely to cause loss of life among its membership or the general public.
We have seen this to be true in many cases.
Such loss of life as seen in the recent past can be murder or mass suicides ordered by the group leadership.
Some cult memberships have been the victims of various mind control techniques.
With little or no self-will, the cult members have eagerly followed any
random order from the leadership -- even orders of self destruction.
Early and aggressive intervention and rescue has saved lives.
The loss of life by the Heaven's Gate membership was such a
suicide. The members were convinced that they would be transported, at
death, to a space ship where they would evolve to a higher level of
existence. Some people suggest that evidence supports a theory
all of the deaths within the Ugandan Movement for the Restoration...,
and many of the Solar Temple deaths were actually murders to cover
financial fraud by the leadership. This may have been the motivation for
the Jeffrey Lundgren murders as well. All of the Branch Davidian
victims appear to have been murdered by their leaders -- either by being
shot or as a result of the arson-set fire. Many, perhaps most, of the People's
Temple victims were also murdered.
If you think your loved one is involved as a cult member or a
recruitment candidate for such a cult, we are going top take
you seriously. We have done so before with other families. Some of their
direct testimonials can be made available to you.
Can the subject person be rescued? Generally speaking you
don't know unless you try. Our assessment may include a preliminary investigation before we
decide to fully take the case. Assessments are based on many things but
above all, the probability of success. Our success rate is in the high
90s, but if your matter begins to look like it resembles those we know to
be in the tragic 3 percentile, we'll ask you to get another opinion.
The thing we fear is failure, but not much else.
Where you live, the rule of law may exist and be truly a beautiful
thing, but if your family member has been kidnapped and hauled into the
darkest Philippine jungles, don't count on phoning 911 working in a jiffy.
There are easy intervention cases...
We have encountered what seemed like impossible cases and in fact
without any violence nor significant aggression of any kind, managed to
work below the radar and pay off drug debts and drug lords sufficiently to
allow the peaceable removal of the captive and with good analysis and
treatment get them cleaned up and returned to a functioning, loving
lifestyle within their families again.
...and there are very tough intervention cases.
The antithesis to this scenario is the trafficking of females for the
purpose of sex. One of the most difficult of cases involves the white
slave trade. People who engage in such practice are the worst scum of the
earth and make so much money doing their crime that they have immense
resources. Their customers are very often extremely wealthy and powerful
and thus are capable of mounting immense opposition to rescue attempts. We
have done many of these and they are very difficult. Our resources have
been developed over about 16 years as of April, 2007.
Many intervention cases are in between easy and tough.
On April 19, 1993 many members of the Branch Davidian (David Koresh)
were killed in an act of what was likely murder indirectly by Koresh
but arguably may have been gross incompetence and negligence causing death
by authorities who ordered the firing of incendiary rounds into the Branch
Davidian complex. (It must have required a really twisted screwball to
give that order.)
The deceased were the followers of David Koresh and had come to
Palestine, 90 miles from Waco Texas, from the USA, the United Kingdom,
Israel and Australia.
We don't spend much time arguing the merits of this or that wacky
religious cult with subjects. We assess the potential for harm to the
subject and where need be, we aggressively extract them with as much help
as we need from sincere doctors and psychiatric experts who can tell is
about the sanity or lack of it, interim care needs and the potential
for Institutional remedy should that exist. Usually there is no such
remedy and we need to extract and "de-toxify" the subject in
cooperation with the family using accepted methods of treatment in either
institutional or non-institutional treatment centres. |
Common
Properties of Potentially Destructive and Dangerous Cults
The cult is authoritarian in its power structure. The leader is
regarded as the supreme authority. He or she may delegate certain power to
a few subordinates for the purpose of seeing that members adhere to the
leader's wishes and roles. There is no appeal outside of his or her system
to greater systems of justice. For example, if a school teacher feels unjustly treated by a principal, appeals can be made. In a cult, the
leader claims to have the only and final ruling on all matters.
The cult's leaders tend to be charismatic, determined, & domineering. They persuade followers to drop their families, jobs,
careers, and friends to follow them. They (not the individual) then take
over control of their followers' possessions, money, lives.
The cult's leaders are self-appointed claiming a special life mission. For example, the flying saucer cult
leaders claim that people from outer space have commissioned them to lead
people to special places to await a space ship.
The cult's leaders demand members' adulation.
Priests, rabbis, ministers, democratic leaders, and leaders of genuinely
altruistic movements keep the veneration of adherents focused on God,
abstract principles, and group purposes. Cult leaders, in contrast, keep
the focus of love, devotion, and allegiance on themselves.
The cult tends to be totalitarian. Cults are likely to dictate in great detail what members
wear, eat, when and where they work, sleep, and bathe as well as what to
believe, think and say.
The cult tends to have a double set of ethics. Members are urged to
be open and honest within the group, and confess all to the leaders. On
the other hand, they are encouraged to deceive and manipulate outsiders or
non-members. Established religions teach members to be honest and truthful
to all, and to abide by one set of ethics.
The cult has only two purposes, recruiting members and raising funds. Established religions and altruistic movements may also
recruit and raise funds. However, their sole purpose is not to grow
larger; such groups have the goals to better the lives of their members
and mankind in general. The cults may claim to make social
contributions, but in actuality these remain mere claims, or gestures.
Their focus is always dominated by recruiting new members and
fund-raising.
The cult appears to be innovative and exclusive. The leader claims
to be breaking with tradition, offering something novel and instituting
the only viable system for change that will solve life's problems or the
world's ills. While claiming this, the cult then surreptitiously uses
systems of psychological coercion on its members to inhibit their
ability to examine the actual validity of the claims of the leader and the
cult. |
Stockholm Syndrome Creates Unwilling Subjects
Don't shy away from our type of child intervention solution just
because your child, son or daughter has, in a drugged stupor, denounced
their family and all orthodoxy to live in an armed militant training camp
with a mini-despot who is running a cult and plotting the overthrow of
"Somethingstan".
Aggressively kidnapping back your family's kidnapped member may be
what you need.
But approaching a hostage individual surreptitiously or under cover
of a ruse and tapping them on the shoulder to say "your mom sent me
to bring you home" may not be greeted as you might expect. One might
have their finger bitten off as a loud scream by your "quiet,
vulnerable kid" announces the parent-initiated rescue attempt
to their angry, armed captors.
Cult gatherings or human-potential trainings are an ideal environment
to observe first-hand what is technically called the Stockholm Syndrome.
This is a situation in which those who are kidnapped, hijacked, intimidated, controlled, or
made to suffer, begin to love, admire, and even sometimes sexually desire
their torturers or captors.
We have solved many cases where the Stockholm Syndrome has been
strongly at play. It is no picnic in July.
Aggressive intervention and rescue is a tough job, not done anywhere
as a public service, but we do it well; and we are paid well.

Grand Parents Seek Help When Grandchildren In Jeopardy
Parents' involvement in cults can literally destroy a family. Individuals in cults do things willingly under the influence of mind control which they previously may have detested, for the sake of the group's "higher purposes."
Reports of members of diverse cults committing illegal and reprehensible activities are widespread.
Child abuse in cults is common, and children are often cults' most devastating casualties.
Of the 912 People's Temple members who died in Jonestown, Guyana in 1978, 276 were children.
Of more than 80 who died at Waco, 25 were children. Even children not harmed physically rarely receive formal education or develop correctly on emotional, social, and cognitive levels.
Similarly, young adults who have been recruited into cults can tear a family apart as parents, siblings, and friends struggle to understand and help. Studies report that the majority of cult members are recruited during high school or college years. Preventative steps can be taken by parents as well as schools.
Aggressive intervention and rescue is a tough job, not done anywhere
as a public service, but we do it well for a fee.
